Getting Started
My sister and I decided to join a 5K fun run in May. To prepare, I searched Runner's World for a traning plan (do I sound like some sort of a professional? :)). I saw this 8-week plan that hopefully will help my body prepare for this 5k goal. This is a first 5k run we're going to join and I'm psyched!
